To remove an old credit card from your Investing Club or Pro account, you must first add a new credit card and update your payment renewal method.
To update your payment details, please follow the steps below:
- Sign in to CNBC.com and navigate to Subscriptions > Manage Payment Method
- From that page, you can then choose from one of the payment methods already on file and set it as your new preferred card or scroll to the bottom of the page to add new payment method, as shown below:
- You will be taken to a new window to add your new payment method. When you are finished entering your credit card information, click "Confirm Changes" to save your settings.
- Once the new card is successfully added, go back to the Manage Payment Method page and confirm that it is set as your new default card. If this was not done automatically, you will need to click on the option to "Set as Preferred Card," as shown below.
