To remove an old credit card from your Investing Club or Pro account, you must first add a new credit card and update your payment renewal method.
To update your payment details, please follow the steps below:
- After signing into CNBC.COM, go to My Account and select Subscriptions.
- Under the Plan tab, click Manage and select Update renewal payment method, as shown below:
- In the new pop-up window, you can choose from one of the payment methods already on file.
Click the blue SAVE button to save your new preference.
- Or you can enter new payment information by clicking on the blue +Add a new payment option on top right corner of the window. This will take you to a new page to enter new payment information. After entering your new payment information, you can select Back to list and repeat Step 3 above.
