All holds or charges will appear as CNBC Subscription on your credit card statement.
CNBC subscriptions are charged immediately upon completion of purchase.
If you are eligible and signed up for the Pro free trial, CNBC will place a temporary 48-hour hold on the credit card upon sign up. After 48 hours, the hold will be removed and no charge will be on the card until the end of the 7-day trial. Please note that while 48-hour holds are typical, some holds may last up to 8 days, depending on the issuing bank.
Please keep in mind that all CNBC subscriptions renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew. In order to disable auto renewal, navigate to Subscription page, and make sure Auto-Renew is set to Off prior to the renewal date.
If you made a purchase from one of our Third-Party Platform Providers, please contact that Third-Party Platform Provider for information about your subscription, billing, cancellation or refunds.
