If you are repeatedly getting logged out of your cnbc.com account when using Safari browser even after checking "Keep me signed in," please try the steps below:
- Open Safari
- From the top menu, select Safari and open Preferences
- From there, go to Privacy and uncheck the box next to "Prevent cross-site tracking" (as shown below)
- You should be able to log into your TV provider now, but if it still does not work, you may need to clear your cookies. To do that, you can just click into "Manage Website Data" from the same page (same screenshot above) and click on "Remove All."
