Don't worry, there are a couple different ways we can fix this.
1. You can log in, go to MY PROFILE and change your email to your preferred email address.
2. If that does not work, you can choose to subscribe again with your new correct email address and then we can cancel and issue a full refund for the other subscription under the wrong email address.
Please note: our Customer Care team will be able to assist more quickly if you subscribe with your new email first before cancelling the old one, but if you need the refund first, please specify in your message which email you'd like to cancel and confirm the last 4 digits of your credit card number.
