If this does not resolve your issue, please clear cache and do a hard stop on your CNBC App by following the steps below:
Clear Cache
Open the CNBC App click on Settings(gear icon) on the top left corner of the homepage.
If you do not see this icon, please ensure you are on the app's homepage/ News tab.
Within Settings, scroll down to Advanced
From there, you can select Clear Internal Caches
You can perform a hard stop on your CNBC iOS App by following the steps outlined here: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330
Now you can relaunch the app from your phone's home screen.
