If the CNBC app on your Roku device is not working properly (freezing, buffering, not loading, or not letting you access content), try the methods below.
1. Sign out and sign in again
Settings > Sign Out (for CNBC Pro/CNBC+) OR TV Provider Sign Out (for TV provider users).

If you can’t sign on Roku, test your credentials on cnbc.com/live-tv/.
If you can’t sign in on the web with a CNBC Pro/+ subscription, reset your CNBC password.
If you can't sign in on the web with your TV provider credentials, contact your TV provider.
If you can sign in, but the issue persists, go to Step 2.
2. Restart the CNBC app
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Highlight the CNBC app, press the Star (*) button, and select Close (if available).
Open CNBC again.
If the issue persists, go to Step 3.
3. Restart your Roku device
From the Roku home screen, go to Settings > System > System restart.
Open CNBC again.
If the issue persists, go to Step 4.
4. Remove and reinstall the CNBC app
Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
Highlight the CNBC app, press the Star (*) button, and choose Remove channel.

Important: Restart your Roku device after removing the channel to clear stored data.
Settings > System > System restart.
Go to the Roku Channel Store, search for CNBC, and reinstall the app.

Open CNBC again.
