Picture-in-picture is available for CNBC livestream and full episodes on iOS 5.0 or above for iPad.
To activate picture-in-picture, you can click on the video and look for the small picture-in-picture icon on the corner of the screen (bottom right when in landscape; top left when in portrait mode).
Tap on the icon and the video will pop out into a separate small screen, and you can browse other pages on the app. The video screen size can also be adjusted with pinch-to-zoom.
